The Lillydale Units (1-10)

These are available on ground floor and first floor. Twin, double, and family style units are available. The units all have queen size beds, twin share units have one queen size bed and one single bed and our family units have one queen size bed and two single beds. These units all come with seperate ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, jug and toaster. television, and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The Kondalilla Units (11-19)

These are all first floor units with ground floor access, and open out onto a balcony with views over our 3 acres of beautiful tropical gardens, tennis court and swimming pool. The property is bordered by forest and these units are a sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the village. Enjoy the view and relax on the balcony, as the sun sets over the mountains. Stargaze at night and enjoy the fabulous natural light show, while in the morning sit out and have your breakfast with the birds as you delight in the peace and natural beauty of the Blackall Ranges. These studio units are all delux and have one queen size bed and double sofa, allowing more floor space and comfort. Standard with seperate ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge, jug and toaster, television, and reverse cycleair-conditioning.

The Garden Units (20-27)

These ground floor units are located in the quiet and secluded lower grounds of the property, close to the pool and tennis court. These delux units are most suitable for longer stays as they are conveniently located near our resort facilities and farthest away from the street and village. The studio layout features a queen size bed and a double sofa, allowing more floor space and comfort. They feature a kitchen sink and microwaves are available on request. All have seperate ensuite, tea and coffee making facilities, bar-fridge, jug and toaster , television, andreverse-cycle air-conditioning.

Twenty-one of the Twenty-six suites have ground floor access and each suites facilities include:
